Sapna Chaudhary was born on 25 September 1990 in Najafgarh, a town in Rohtak district of Haryana and her early education was completed in Rohtak. Sapna's father passed away in 2008, when she was only just 12 years old.
After this, Sapna took the responsibility of mother Neelam Chaudhary and siblings on her shoulders and made singing, dancing a career. Sapna started her career with an orchestra team from Haryana. Sapna Chaudhary started her career by being a part of the team with Ragani artists.
After that Sapna started stage dance. Sapna danced to a Haryanvi song 'Solid Body Rae' on the song released from More Music Company, that video became a hit. After which Sapna got recognition in other states along with Haryana. Along with this, she is also working in films.
